this is my conclusionof the most hardcore singlespeed weekend in Thaleischweiler-Fröschen: ...in order to make a time of 2:06min in the team time trial on Friday, I wobbled through the Palatinate for 124m/200km on my PIRATE-SMART.

...I almost ruined my pink painted nails on the downhill of the Singlespeed European Championship, where I came in 7th, but was still 1st runner-up.

...sometimes even two Karamalzs (a malt beverage) are too much for a "fitfucker" like me. I downed one and poured the other down Ralph's skirt.

...the night spent "Sleepless in the Saddle", while "Pain has a Name" Mady, once again the best individual starting singlespeeder, rode his laps, turned out to be pretty long without the whole sleep thing.
