Trapped in a time Warp again on my flower child island La Gomera Besides the exercise time table from my Trainer Dr,Yoni I knew I needed a good plan to breakthroughfrom the endless time warp after three three way exercises
So I splitted my absence and attendances in time units...
I do not mean Days,Hours or minutes but KILOSECONDS, a KILOSECONDS is equal to 16,67 Minutes

IN the Harbour from Vueltas, my head was spinnining round`n round. Is it the exercise or the Cannabis fog, I should have asked the flower children…1 TU
