It´s time fort he fight with the 3 snakes.

In the beginning of July the annually Snake –Triathlon took part in Schlangenbad about the distance of 600m swimming, 15km of MTB and 5,6km running. In the last two years I always finished 2nd behind the pro-athlete Eva Böhrer, this year she wasn´t able to participate. That was my chance, it put me a little bit under pressure because there were 2 or 3 other good athlete at the start. Like in the last years, I travelled to Schlangenbad by bike. It´s about a 2h ride and the start is at 14:30o´clock, so there is plenty of time to recover. Than everything started, 600m of swimming in the pool lane with 6 other women. I´m still not a good swimmer and so I left 4th the waters with a time of 12:16min, but I was satisfied with my time. One of the other women I already passed in the transition area, than the hunt fort he others started. Soon, they were in sight and sooner I passed them. Me legs felt really good, I was able to ride 6min faster than last year. ( 46instead of 52min). At the following cross country run, I pushed it again and brought the victory home. Luckily no other women from the other start groups was dangerous to me and so I received my so long longed overall victory and was more than 10min faster than last year while having the same course and with my time from last year I just would have get the 2nd place.
