Sprint triathlon number 2. 2. start = 2. victory and more than 2 PIRATES finished

Besides the triathlon for the League-starters, they offered here in Niederkrüchten an everybody and a Sprint triathlon...Uwe wanted to forget his flat tyre of the TRILAGON triathlon and Sveny wanted to mess up the women starting field.

Our supporters were here as well. ChiKKen and capt. Klotz made up a fantastic mood on the side of the course. Even just shortly before the start, Sveny was well tempered and seemed not to be nervous after all.

Already on the course were our Pirate Team Mate and our Uwe. Everything went alright for Uwe, it was like that this race was built for him.

The first Pirate at the finish line, who made up his way on the run split with still his helmet on his head, when he made it up he threwed it to me. For the next three rounds I was something like a helmet post…

Shortly after him our Uwe made up his way to the finish line. Schlapsi was very happy after his first triathlon 2009!!!
And now: Rock´n Roll on the women race…

So, their were no scrummage in the poll lanes, and so Sveny came as the 8th women out of the waters and made up her way on the hilly bike course.

After two rounds on the bike course, she started to run, only 5 km, but to made up speed and move forward, the 3 rounds or 5km were enough for our lady Pirate.

8th after the swim in the transition area, 2nd after the bike and at the end, the finsihed first place and took the victory home and the 2nd victory at the 2nd sprint triathlon 2009.

Well, it gotta go on like that, wouuldn´t you agree??? Sveny with Timika and Uwe were really satiesfied with their performance at their 2nd triathlon this year.
