...I got, while I was doing a swim and run contest.Thereby I never
wanted to compete in such a thing, so without a bike. Sadly my
triathlon was cancelled on the weekend because of 15 degrees water
temperature and continious rains on tournament day. Without further
ado I looked for a replacement contest and ended up in Worms.
Swimming took part in a well heated pool of 25m ( it´s me with
the blue bathing cap) J
For this event you got an extra swimming card from the german
swimming association...
After 500m of swimming and 9:52min later I was allowed to stop
swimming and leave the water. I´m really proud of my swim time,
it´s my personal best time and the fastest time of all women...
After a short break, we were forced on the running course. The
start was held up like the method of Gundersen, so, I was chased
by everyone of my rivals. But I did a good job and no one was
able to catch or pass me and finished after 22:28min for the 5km(
well, another best time for me). And so…I stood on th highest
point of the podium.
Well, I´m can´t wait for the first triathlon to come...
