Friends, good friends of mine, said to me I just would ride a
bike with a starting number on it and if I don´t want to ride
with them from Bruneck to Trento. The course leads over the Dolomits
and cross over the famous “ Bindelway”, and most of the time you´re
over 2000m above the sea-level.
Of course I had and said yes.
I did not have a starting lot for the P-way yet, but I would be
back on Saturday before Plettenberg. At this moment I didn´t know
about the place of the waiting list, I got.
So, I rode from Trento, hours for hours over the Brenner-Interstate
to the lovely Sauerland and stumbled inside the gym where Jost
and Willy snorkeld on a thin mattress…
What´s the Bindel-way agianst the P-Way? Obviously nothing....
Sadly, I wasn´t able to make some pictured, but luckily Rainer
van Ellen, shot one of me, right after the start, with the placement
I´m satisfied. I think I´m Champion in the Team-Pirate-Senior-Class
II. Well….maybe better next year without an height exercise camp
and a 100hours felt alike arrival.
