The CC-Race for men with fast legs. Normally nothing for myself, because 1h high speed with a really hard downhill part over 5rounds is nothing for the old mule. To short, to fast… My boys were already registered, but both of them were ill and si I travelled on my own. My usual procedure. Visit the course, warming up and talking… But wait a minute, I haven´t see Moni at all or better heard her… Than… FULL THROTTLE…after the 120km long distance race of Altenau I thought, my legs were like rubber, but they weren´t…I felt really good… Allright. The race was over just before I began to sweat, but at least I was 2:40minutes faster than last time in 2010. And now it´s chill time after the race… It was a really good preparation for Clausthal-Zellerfeld (TrengaDe), and the cake is really delicious…awesome Great competition, I can really recommend it… We´ll see us in Clausthal-Zellerfeld and than in Munich….
